Termal Çamur Thermal Mud (Peloid mud)

It has been known since ancient ages that thermal water and mud eliminate findings of various diseases; improves general condition; increases body resistance; prevents permanent damages; has therapy effects; relieves complaints of patients for and treats a number of skin diseases such as eczema, fungus, psora, wounds and skin burns; and shortens treatment periods in such cases.

The disease groups for which mud is commonly used are rheumatic diseases. Mud cures in Turkey are usually recommended for such purpose. However, mud is also efficient for treatment of skin diseases and, even not preferred in Turkey, for some gynaecologic diseases.

Recommendations and Warnings:
- It is recommended to be used under warm water since it does not contain any kind of foaming agents.
- For some problematic skin types, dry skin may be observed due to its characteristic of eliminating oil from the skin. Therefore, moisturizing cream is recommended after washing your face with the soap.
- For some problematic skin types, some sort of pustulation may be observed on the skin. In such case, it should be used regularly again.
- For most efficiency, you should use continuously and regularly.


Mud bath

Çamur Banyosu
It is to keep body inside a warm mud bath containing various substances for a certain period of time. Mud bath is usually performed through keeping the body up to the neck area inside the mud. Mud relieves slight pains and aches; increases blood circulation; helps discharging static energy in the body; increases disposing toxic materials inside the body and increases blood circulation; relieves muscles; also enhances body resistance and makes skin clean and soft through removing imbalances."
